What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

A Virtual Assistant is self-employed and provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients remotely from a home office.

What are the benefits of hiring a VA?

A VA works from their own home office, you do not need to provide the space, supplies, or equipment needed to do their job. You pay for the hours they work, you are not required to pay part-time or full-time hours and you are not responsible for benefits (health, 401K, PTO, etc.)

What can Robin, The Assistant do for me?

Robin can handle all elements of administration and assistance management typically associated with Executive and Personal Assistants, Office Managers, Secretarial staff or Receptionists.

Communication is key, how do I connect with you?

Simple! We communicate through any communication service that works best for the both of us; texting, phone calls, e-mail, etc.

When do I pay for the VA services?

I accept bi-weekly or weekly payments. Invoices are sent out via PayPal and the client is responsible for payment immediately (within 24 hours). Late fee's do apply, services will be stopped if client does not make payment within 72 hours.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. You are responsible for the services, taxes, and fees associated with VA services.
The international fee is an additional $50 per invoice.

Are there Blackout Dates?

Yes, these dates vary and can change with little to no notice. All clients receive a calendar share once they become a client with all of these dates and vacation schedules. If there are any conflicts, we can work them out together on a case-by-case basis.

100! All clients receive the utmost strict confidentiality! Your trust and respect to this business is what makes it what it is. Every spec of confidential information is secure and priority.
All clients have the option to share login information via "LastPass". Visit their website for more information. (This keeps your passwords confidential.)

Robin, When can I count on you to be available?

Just like most assistants that work in an office, I work Monday through Friday with the occasional planned weekend hours. Upon becoming a client, we will work out a schedule that best fits your needs and schedule. Please keep in mind that I have a family and full-time job, therefore, I am not available 24/7/365.

Every client has different needs and desires for success with their assistant, I understand this and I am willing to work with each client to create a budget friendly (for both of us) strategy and plan. All package rates will be reevaluated on a bimonthly basis to ensure that both parties are earning and receiving success from the plan.
